A lovely, delicate wine displaying distinct floral characters, typical of the Riesling variety. The palate is relatively sweet and fruity, but balanced with a naturally high acidity. Flavors are enhanced by a slight spritz, the result of residual carbon dioxide left from the fermentation. This is a wine to be enjoyed in its youth and over the next one to two years. This style makes an ideal accompaniment to spicy Asian cuisine.
