Our Fumé Blanc combines authentic Sauvignon Blanc flavors with toasty oak components. The wine is lively and crisp with aromas of pineapple, pear and orange blossom. Flavors of pineapple, Asian pear and grapefruit mingle on the palate with hints of spice. Toasty oak components add creaminess to the finish.
Food Pairings: This wine is an excellent accompaniment to grilled halibut topped with fruit salsa. Oysters on the half shell or Braised Chicken with hot and sweet Chiles.
