The 2004 has indeed retained the density and mouthfeel Tanzer describes, but it has subsequently taken on an integration and balance typical of Laurel Glen. And it is no longer the "big lout" it once was. I predict that the 2004 will be recognized as one of the five finest Laurel Glens ever made. and one that should age through the decades. That said. I have enjoyed several bottles recently, and there is no reason to wait years to enjoy it!
